QUESTION:

I entered and was notified I was an instant winner, but I didn’t receive an email or claim number.

ANSWER:

First start by checking your junk mail, or try searching for an email from support@getoutcampout.com.au, if you can’t find anything in your mail after searching and checking your junk folder, please email support@getoutcampout.com.au and provide the following details; First & Last Name, Email Address Used & Date of Entry.

QUESTION:

I received my confirmation email, but I am still waiting for my prize to arrive, when can I expect it to be delivered?

ANSWER:

All prizes are dispatched weekly. We anticipate that it will take up to 28 days for delivery of your prize. It will be delivered via Australia Post, so please ensure you check your mail regularly in-case they have left behind a ‘we missed you’ card and you need to collect from your local post office.

QUESTION:

I won XX prize, but I really wanted to win XX prize. Can I request to swap Prizes?

ANSWER:

A randomised lottery mechanism has been implemented to award the prizes, which means that we are unable to swap or change-over prizes once they have been allocated to you. Simply purchase any 2 Golden Circle products again to try your luck at the prize you are after.

QUESTION:

I gave the wrong email address/postal address/first or last name and I am a winner. What do I do?

ANSWER:

Please contact support@getoutcampout.com.au IMMEDIATELY to provide the correct details. Golden Circle does not accept responsibility for delivering items to incorrect people/addresses if the wrong details were provided in the first place.

QUESTION:

I live in an apartment but have won a large prize. Will it still be delivered?

ANSWER:

All items are sent out via Australia Post, if you are not home to take receipt of the parcel or it does not fit into your letter box, the Australia Post representative will leave a ‘we missed you’ card and you will need to follow the instructions on that card to collect your item.
